Software engineer · Backend specialization

I turn messy workflows into
reliable software.

Software engineer working across Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Flutter. I've modernized a legacy fixed-asset system and grown a college project into a production content-and-commerce platform as its CTO.

Selected work

Featured
engagements.

Two commercial journeys where discovery, architecture, implementation, and product responsibility stayed connected.

01

Enterprise asset management

FAMS ERP

I reconstructed an undocumented legacy workflow for a 40-year-old finance firm, then rebuilt procurement, custody, depreciation, verification, and disposal around traceable physical assets.

  • Java 17
  • Spring Boot
  • PostgreSQL
  • Flutter
Read case study
  • ↗~94% closure across a 104-item UAT backlog
  • ↗1,000 procurement records + 40 masters in ~20 sec · tested to 10,000 records
02

Consumer content platform

AstroVista

As CTO / Lead Architect, I lead the architecture and delivery of a production content-and-commerce platform connecting creator publishing, customer access, payments, and entitlements.

  • Flutter
  • Firebase
  • Cloud Functions
  • Razorpay

  • ↗5 connected content formats · creator-to-customer commerce
  • ↗Production purchase recovery · durable entitlement workflow

Additional engineering work

Independent product development and earlier applied cloud work that support the main engagement story.

03

Independent product work · field operations

SEC ERP

A deliberately narrowed local-first trip-to-report pilot within a broader Spring Boot and Flutter field-operations architecture.

  • Spring Security
  • PostGIS
  • REST APIs
  • Flutter

  • ↗Spring API + 2 Flutter clients
  • ↗8 defined trip-to-report acceptance gates
04

Earlier engineering work · industrial IoT

Solar telemetry

An AWS ingestion path transforming form-encoded Raspberry Pi logger data into structured timestamped MongoDB documents.

  • Python
  • AWS Lambda
  • API Gateway
  • MongoDB
Read supporting case study
  • ↗183-field exercised sample payload
  • ↗VTL → Lambda → MongoDB

Experience

Ownership
in context.

A progression from applied cloud work to client modernization and continuing product responsibility.

CTO / Lead Architect

AstroVista

Product architecture, releases, creator commerce, payment and entitlement workflows, and production recovery.

Solo Product Engineer

FAMS client modernization

Discovery, architecture, Flutter and Spring Boot implementation, financial workflow design, UAT remediation, and delivery.

Software Developer

G S Solar Systems / SGC Enterprises

AWS cloud ingestion for Raspberry Pi solar data-logger telemetry.

About

Systems
thinking.

My background in Mechatronics taught me to see products as systems: inputs, constraints, failure modes, and feedback loops.

Today I apply that thinking to backend and product engineering: turning business rules into APIs, database models, permission boundaries, operational tools, tests, and explicit release decisions.

What I bring

Working
practice.

Backend-first engineering across discovery, architecture, implementation, debugging, test evidence, and delivery. Flutter remains an important product surface.
